It is hereby agreed and understood by the Buyer(s) of this property, 8 Old Philadelphia Pike, that as per the Agreement of Sale, the strip of land running from the subject house lot to Swede's Lane will be subject to a permanent easement reserved by the Historic Preservation Trust of Berks County (HPTBC) for its exclusive use and a Covenant providing that the Buyer(s) shall not remove, cut, or damage any vegetation on or within said strip of land between the house lot and Swede's Lane, nor shall Buyer(s) use the easement area as access to or from the house, storage of any vehicles or other materials or objects of any nature, nor in any manner obstruct the Seller's exclusive rights to use or access the easement area.
